Build 200407141800

1) Have a WebApp project and MS Internet Explorer
as a default browser
2) View > Documentation Indices > Servlet API
3) ERROR:
Opened URL has resolved computer name instead of
"localhost" as in the case of Tomcat's URLs for MS IE.

Notice: it could bring up problems in the case of
proxy settings.

Localhost doesn't solve the thing. Someone sets localhost, someone
sets his computer name to bypass proxy settings.
