Build 200407111800 (internal)

I'd prefer have headings/names of panels (e.g.
like in previous installers verion). IMHO it
provides better orientation + the user don't need
read the whole text e.g. "Choose directory"
heading is descriptive enough for most users to
know what to do in that panel.

Consult with HIE. JDK installer has something like that: <Global
title> - <Panel name>.

that's questionable and in any case we would have to write too much
custome code to implement it.

Not a bug and we won't do it for the latter reason
