1) The default "Database URL" field reached by  
Runtime tab-->Databases-->Drivers-->Driver right 
click-->Connect Using field has values that are 
hard coded in 
org/netbeans/modules/db/util/DriverListUtil.java

  It would be good if this "Database URL" field 
could be specified in the xml file (with dtd  
jdbc-driver-1_0.dtd) of  a new module.   

  Presently I have to update DriverListUtil.java 
whenever I add a new driver.
