When you have a big build.xml file it is usefull 
to go directly to a target in the build.xml file 
(ala http://antrunner.sourceforge.net/).

On the other hand, the properties get in the way 
of the targets, I think that we should be able 
to "fold them" or at least be able to list them 
AFTER the targets
