Installshield Wizard can't install Netbeans 3.6 
beta.

I was successfully installed several development 
versions using the new installer (last one 
installed was NetBeansIDE-dev-200401221900-ismp5-
windows.exe.) but the Beta Installer is not 
working. I receive the message below:
