Start NetBeans on GTK L&F with a clean userdir. 
You get that annoying dialog asking if you want to
import settings.  It asks if you have "one of the
following" IDEs.  Below it you see:

Import settings will be removed. Assigning to Jiri to close this issue
as he will finish its task.

Import settings wizard was removed from NB (task 38552).
