Description: 
Currently, the only way to unpack a war file from within the IDE is to mount 
the 
directory that contains the war file and then choose "Unpack as Web Module" from
the WAR file node.  This is not intuitive behavior.

Suggested Fix: 
The "Unpack as Web Module" option should be provided on the mounted WAR file 
node.

Evaluation: 
this is more a request for jarpackager

No plans to open WAR files as web projects in future.
