Build: NetBeans IDE 8.2 (Build 201705191307) VM: Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM, 25.121-b13, Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment, 1.8.0_121-b13 OS: Windows 10 User Comments: lawale4me: not sure wat caused this GUEST: I did a build and netbeans locked up GUEST: code debuging GUEST: I did not do anything other than usual, NetBeans just stopped working properly. GUEST: I was debugging a web project involving hibernate and spring, and I left it at a breakpoint for hours. Not sure if that was the real cause of the memory leak though. Prior to that, I had an issue with Hibernate and SQL Server sequences that were a negative number, which caused Hibernate to be asking SQL Server for a new sequence number continuously... so that might have been the stress that caused the memory leak.
