Netbeans CPU usage in Task Manager

Just recently I have been experiencing very high CPU usage, complete with CPU fans howling and upwards of 80% in Task Manager for short periods of time, sometimes I am using it, other times not.  It will run like this mostly between 1 min and 10 mins.  I am using Windows 10.

Can anyone point me towards any diagnostics I can run to determine what might be causing this problem?

I'm experiencing the very same issue after last Windows 10 update.

My current Version is: Windows 10 Pro x64 v10.0.16299
