keywords:abbreviation for short can't trigger

When writing html code, maybe in a php field or html field, typing abbreviation from code template can not trigger suggestion for completion. Instead, press space + Ctrl will get the "No suggestion" message.
For other code (php,javascript),it function well.
I take me a long time to figure it out.I found in tools ->setting ->code template, when go to the html, there are missing the choose card of "context". Could this provide some clues?
