再现性: 每次都发生
步骤:
	How do you do , There is a problem  when I use the maven build web project,particular case:
	Right click the project choose to run,when the build is complete and clear,tomcat server running,This project will be initialized by the server twice, cause repeated loading
	How to solve the problem of server repeated load?Thank you very much
