Scenario:
- Launch Oracle Developer Studio trunk
- Open Options window
- Select C/C++ category and Build Tools tab
- Select GNU collection and press Versions... button
==>
- Select OracleDeveloperStudio collection and press Versions... button
==> I see "Retrieving tool versions  38%" progress bar only

Workaround: remove /usr/gnu/bin/as

The fix breaks native execution test and project less tests (see CR 23723745).
Rollback changes in ProcessUtils and in VersionCommand in change set:
