GUEST: I was writing a main class, then click "run" and nothing happens. I Stop running and check processes. Nothing I can do. Restart IDE to check if it solves the problem and the background scanning of projects stopped at 63%.
I usually, everyday, have this problem. I have only one solution: restart pc, maybe not the best :(

GUEST: background scanning of projects will not stop scanning, will not let me run my work, it cannot be canceled or turned off this is extreamly frustrating
