Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.66-b18

Reproducibility: Happens every time

The scrollbar thumb is missing on numerous objects in the UI, eg the Projects tab, the Product dropdown on this page!, the Navigator tab and the list goes on
