Integrated into 'main-silver', will be available in build *201601150002* on http://bits.netbeans.org/dev/nightly/ (upload may still be in progress) Changeset: http://hg.netbeans.org/main-silver/rev/7942cc8f50cf User: Jiri Sedlacek <jis@netbeans.org> Log: Bugfix #257523 - accessible information for Profiler and Snapshot windows
I verified Profiler and Snapshots windows in NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201602200002) using UI Accessibility Tester v. 2.5.1 (Accessibility plugin) and both have proper accessible name and description. Accessible Name: Profiler Window for AnagramGame Accessible Description: Configure and Start Profiling Accessible Name: Snapshots Accessible Description: List of saved profiler snapshots
I verified again using screen reader NVDA (http://www.nvaccess.org/). My steps: - go to "Control Panel" -> "Ease of Access Center" -> "Use the computer without a display" - tick "Enable Java Access Bridge" - click OK - start NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201603070002) - create sample project AnagramGame - minimize Projects, Files, Services tabs (it breaks reader otherwise) - click menu Profile -> Profile Project - open Window -> Profiling -> Snapshots - start NVDA - it reads "Profiler Window for AnagramGame, Configure and Start Profiling" - on Snapshots window it reads "Snapshots, List of saved profiler snapshots" - I also verifed that it does not read above messages in NetBeans IDE 8.1 (Build 201510222201) Java: 1.8.0_73; Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.73-b02 System: Windows 8.1 version 6.3 running on amd64; Cp1250; en_US (nb)
