1. Install NetBeans along with the C/C++ plugin.
2. Go to Tools->Options->Team->Versioning.

Results: Apply button activates for no reason and stays activated if clicked.

Workaround: Click on other tab or panel and close/reopen Options dialog.

Additionally, this does not happen unless the C/C++ plugin is installed.
