echo-service.wsdl - webservice which produces error

I have imported a wsdl in the service window. ( Please find the attached "echo-service.wsdl")

1. Add a webservice , to the service window
2. Expand and navigate to sayHello operation 
3. Test the method, give input any string. 
4. Hit the submit button
Now error will popup

I am sorry, I am not able to reproduce this issue as the bug report contains just the WSDL file and not the implementation of the web service.
