[ JDK VERSION : 1.8.0_45 ]

STEPS:
   * On OSX select Preference -> and select Java and then the maven tab
   * Tab opens

ACTUAL:
   The contents of the tab are too wide, its easy to miss the Add button for
Global Execution Options

EXPECTED:
   Either re draw the tab, so that its narrower or for the options dialog to
open wider to accommodate the elements in each tab.
