Scenario:
- Create Quote project
- Select C++11 standard
- Build project
- Close project
- Close IDE
- Delete Quote_1/nbproject folder
- Start IDE
- Find binary file in Favorites tab
- Drag&Drop file file
- Press "Create Project" button
- Type decltype in any file in new project
==> "decltype" is not a highlighted as a C++11 keyword
