Created attachment 153296 [details] UI project :) Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201504210001) Java: 1.8.0_45; Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.45-b02 Runtime: Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 1.8.0_45-b14 System: Windows 7 version 6.1 running on amd64; UTF-8; pl_PL (nb) It's very easy to change hints options, even accidently from the editor hints (Alt+Enter). In my team many people have disabled some of the built-in warnings and they commit code, which leads to warnings on the CI server. It takes time to find the differences or to export, distribute and import the recommended settings. It would be much easier to simply press "Revert to Default" button. Probably this button would be also helpful on other pages, but it's the most important for Editor Hints, because there are tens or hundreds of options.
Created attachment 153301 [details] Restore defaults button in Eclipse In Eclipse this button is named "Restore Defaults" and it's on *each* options page.
