The issue is:

When I open Netbeans IDE in my computer it runs ok, but after my work is finished when I try to close Netbenas(IDE), it close but a prompt screen apear and open Netbeans IDE again. In this situation I'm not able to close the IDE, because it always restart again. I Tryed to shutdown the process, use ALT + F4 and use the close button of Netbeans IDE but it still doing the same thing.

Seems this problems started after I updated the IDE (2015-04-08).

Steps:
1 - Open NETBEANS IDE.
2 - Close Netbeans IDE.

Result:
Netbeans Closed but a prompt screen open the IDE again.

Search your netbeans installation directory and userdir directory for any remaining *.NBM files which were not successfully installed during the update and remove the files.

You can also try running NetBeans with admin privileges for the update.
