@joaorafaellima: did you try to update your existing NetBeans installation by installing updates from autoupdate? I just tried and it works fine. From the log it appears you're missing a module in your installation, could you check if there's ide\modules\javaewah-dummy.jar file in your NB installation folder?
*** Bug 251400 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***
AU does not download and install javaewah library. The dependency here is: Git -> libs.git -> o.eclipse.jgit -> javaewah. All modules except for javaewah library are downloaded but that one missing lib prevents git from loading.

Looks like some issue with Netbinox, please evaluate. I hope, that the component is correct...
I don't think that there is a problem in Netigso. According to the messages.log(s) javaewah library is not present and therefor Netigso does not enable bundle "org.eclipse.jgit_3.6.2.201501210735-r [191]". Assigning back to Autoupdate.
If someone has still this issue, please attach here IDE log folder - http://wiki.netbeans.org/FaqLogMessagesFile <userdir>/var/log - the whole folder is necessary, because the updater logs are present...

Not necessary any-more. This concrete issue should be fixed in latest daily builds. But the original cause is unfortunately still valid.
