Now, with ProjectConvertor (for composer.json), we need to verify all PHP samples (so we don't create "project inside project"). This could also mean that we would need to use ImportantFiles as we do in HTML5 project.

So, only Calculator for Nette Tester is affected - this should be fixed now. Please verify it, thanks.

Samples seems fine. I found one issue 251322 when sources != project dir. Otherwise it seems fine as well.
