sample folder with composer.json

I'm not sure if this is a random or I'm just lucky, but I have the folder attached here in /tmp folder. If I start full NetBeans distro with everything deactivated and open Open Project dialog and select the folder "ee" to open as project, IDE get's stuck on "Activating PHP". I've waited serveral minutes but no end. The same steps seems to work fine with HTML/JS project.

I'm attaching 2 thread dumps taken 1 minute apart of each other.
