I see several issues and usability problems in the attached project

1) Hint in file Derived.h is displayed on incorrect line #ifndef DERIVED_H
2) annotation on line 15 is hidden by always visible hint
3) Hint doesn't provide "add virtual" fix, but only opens hint's settings
