'Refresh Folder' context menu item doesn't update a cached folder

Scenario:
- Add some remote host
- Add some remote folder to Favorites tab
- Restart IDE
- Expand some 'deep' path in offline mode
==> folder is empty (but it is not a true)
- Connect host
- Call 'Refresh Folder' on empty folder
==> 'Refresh Folder' doesn't update folder

Integrated into 'releases/release801', will be available in build *201411102027* or newer. Wait for official and publicly available build.
