Using a dev build, I cannot report exceptions:

	at org.netbeans.modules.uihandler.Installer.access$1600(Installer.java:122)
[catch] at org.netbeans.modules.uihandler.Installer$Submit.uploadAndPost(Installer.java:2124)

Has been down for days now.
