If I create a project from binary, IDE shows folders "Source Files", "Header Files", "Resource Files". "Header Files" and "Resource Files" folders are *always* empty. They just mislead user.

I'm getting ready for a demo right now; and I have absolutely no idea how to explain it to the audience.

I would say that even in managed project it's a bad idea. And here is a real user's letter citation that confirms this:

> and it isn't a directory, then what is it?

But let's get rid of these folders at least for "Project from binary"

There is a related issue 121294 that requested rework for these folders in managed projects.
