It is not possible to refresh paused live results. To reproduce:

- create Anagram sample project
- right-click project node and choose Profile
- select Methods
- select class Anagrams for profiling and limit outgoing calls to 1
- click Profile
- show Invocations column in live results
- reset results and click buttons in profiled application several times
- click Pause button
- click buttons in profiled application again
- click Refresh button but number of invocations and everything else is not refreshed. Only when pause button is depressed and application buttons pressed it refreshes

Seems to work fine now in profiler-main.
