A lot of mnemonic conflicts in "Miscellaneous|CSS Preprocessors" tab in Options window

Test report:
Mnemonic conflict in "Options" window. 2 components has same code ('B'): "Browse...", "Browse..."
Mnemonic conflict in "Options" window. 2 components has same code ('E'): "Search...", "Search..."
