When creating a new HTML project, it should be possible to specify usage of Grunt/NPM/Bower, so the new project uses these out of the box.

Maybe it should even be the default setting.

This may also be related to issue 244441 - using Yeoman to create projects.

The possibility is now there, for all the new project wizards. Currently, all the tools are enabled by default, not sure if it OK or not.
