When you rightclick on a file (in the Project Tab) and then open the Tools Sub-menu, the menu appears, but stays in the window even if you move the Mouse away (see the screenshot). This is very annoying, because the menus cover parts of the code, which prevents from working. You first have to restart Netbeans to get rid of the menus.

I'm not able to reproduce it. Does the issue occurs every time? Please attach IDE log and reopen if you can still reproduce it (see wiki.netbeans.org/FaqLogMessagesFile)
