Summary:
I wanted to register new PrimeFaces 5 library during the new Web Project creation. In the PF panel I invoked "Create Library" and completed all necessary information. After the confirmation the scanning for the new libraries was started but I didn't know about that since no message informed me about that. So it simply looked like there is a bug in rescanning libraries for Primefaces.

Integrated into 'main-silver', will be available in build *201405310001* on http://bits.netbeans.org/dev/nightly/ (upload may still be in progress)
