After the update of IDE (8.0 patch 1) IDE performs background scanning and at some moment it stops. 
I have tried to restart IDE and PC several times the issue is still there.
I have closed and opened different project the issue is still there.
As a result code navigator doesn't work also.

Operating System = Windows 7 version 6.1 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_45
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 24.45-b08

I think this is the same problem as in issue 244246, scanning twig files. Reporter, could you please try procedure from issue 244197, comment #9 or try Dev build from http://bits.netbeans.org/dev/nightly/latest/ ? Thank you. Reassigning to PHP/twig
