What version of Chrome do you have? (please attach content of chrome://version) Could you please try it with NetBeans 8.0?

Thanks for update. It won't work in 8.0 either. But there is a patch coming for 8.0 in few days with fix for this issue. Or you can try nightly build from http://bits.netbeans.org/dev/nightly/latest/
