Product Version = NetBeans IDE 7.4 (Build 201310111528)
Operating System = Windows 7 version 6.1 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_17
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 23.7-b01

When I close the window of IDE it will restart automatically.
Then I have to kill the process from the task manager. 
If there is a solution please give me that.

There may be some connection between the failed update (see the exceptions in the log) and the restart - reassigning to autoupdate, please evaluate

There were a couple patches in this area in NetBeans 8.0 - reopen the issue if you face this problem in NetBeans 8.0 or newer. Thanks
