need to include documentation of a workaround for Bug 239388
"JavaFX 7u45/7u51 Project: Successfully built project won't run or debug"

Reason: The basis for the waiver was that the workaround would be well-documented AFAIK.

My apologies if I directed this to the wrong product/component.

Confirmed that the issue is mentioned in the release notes.
