Created attachment 146063 [details] screencap showing mis-displayed toolbar When you split an editor window, either vertically or horizontally, and turn off "View > Show Editor Toolbar", the secondary window pane still shows the toolbar with the icons removed but the "Source/History" buttons still displayed. This uses up screen real estate that should be recovered by turning it off. It would be nice if the secondary pane didn't have an editor toolbar at all, and instead just shared it with the primary pane, as requested in Bug 104827. Happens for me on both OS X 10.9, and Windows 7 Pro SP1 x64 running in Parallels Desktop, both on a Retina MacBook Pro 10,1. Also happens in NetBeans 7.4.
