Product Version = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201402140001) Operating System = Windows 7 version 6.1 running on amd64 Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_21 Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 23.21-b01 In menu "View", check option "Show non-printable Characters". In editor windows, characters '·' and '¶' appear. Their color is black. In dialog window "Tools / Options / Fonts & Colors / Syntax", in list "Category", choose "Whitespace" and set Foreground to [204, 204, 0] for it. Non-printable characters '·' change their color accordingly. Non-printable characters '¶' remain black. Try to change the color of character '¶'. Actual result: there is no mean to change its color. Expected result: characters '¶' change their color to that chosen for characters '·', or else list "Category" has item "Pilcrow" allowing to choose color for character '¶'.
