The "PHP Project Wizard" with required ppw script is no longer available.

Sebastian Bergmann the maintainer of the git-hub repository has deleted it.

I will try to fix it but not sure if it is doable for NB 8.0 but I will try.

BTW it is pity that Sebastian Bergmann did not leave the repo as it was with a clear warning but simply broke (not only I think) NetBeans integration...

Should be fixed now, please verify. Please note that the IDE Options for PHP Hudson are now completely different. And of course, the support can be easily broken again by incompatible changes in the Jenkins PHP Template.

Tested on remote jenkins server. Created new build job, associate job with NB project, run job, synchronize.. All went ok.
