When tester is about to submit results, store it to local storage. On successful submitting, remove it from local storage. If submitting fails, once user starts/continues testing, detect this "old" data and immediately offer user to submit them instead of testing

Even better, store the data to storage after each test case to local storage, that way Synergy can submit at least partial results.
