No option to View Macro Expansion in navigate

Please provide IDE info and steps to reproduce the bug.

If you speak about http://wiki.netbeans.org/TS_67_CNDMacroSupport, then 'Navigate | View Macro Expansion' is context menu item in editor. And it exists in latest NetBeans builds.
