Scenario:
- Push Tools|Options
- Click on C/C++ icon
- Select "Build Tools" tab
- Press Add... button
- Press Browse button in "Add New Tool Collection" window
- Clear "File Name" field
- Type /v and press TAB
==> '/var/' text appears, latest '/' symbol disappears for a 1 second, I need to type '/' again (If I type any symbol for a 1 second, then NetBeans will delete '/' and my symbol)

Integrated into 'releases/release74', will be available in build *201403261440* or newer. Wait for official and publicly available build.
