I use nb7.3.1 regularly without issues.

nb7.4 been using around a week.

I am getting regularly lockups that require killing the process with nb7.4.

All i have to do is try to open a text file - java or xml. Some times it works - opens and displays the contents.

Other times is shows the file pane in the editor but does not populate with any content.

At this point nb7.4 is useless, will not exit - must kill. This has occurred in the last 30 minutes at least 4 times.

Finally did a Thread dump - will be attached to this issue.

I have tried with 2 versions of java 7 - jdk1.7.0_17 and jdk1.7.0_45 - both 64 bit java.
