1. Create "Quote" project
2. Press "Run" several times
3. Press ctrl+tab (while not focused to a terminal)
4. Move selection to the "Output" component
"Output" subcomponents appear.

That a user expects: 
* same behavior from "Terminal" component
* ability to call ctrl+tab menu then focused in a terminal

Log: extra fix Bug 237990 - Allow Ctrl+Tab switching in the terminal. Now Ctrl+Tab feauture can be disabled in terminal options (ignore global shortcuts)
