if the alt Q must jump to a Form, it get completely frozen

please add some steps to reproduce, from the comment, it isn't clear what exactly have you done. Also please add thread dump taken at the time when the IDE is frozen.

I tried to reproduce this with 7.4 RC2 but seems the problem is fixed. I will reopen the issue if it happens again

after IDE couldn't start, stuck frozen on loading

since I updated to RC2, I'm always executing the IDE from the icon with --console new at the end but never anything is printed on the console even after the IDE is frozen. Am I doing right to get a Thread dump?
