Example of svn_ file in /tmp dir

I'm using netbeans 7.4 beta with svn 1.8.1
I work on PHP project that is checked out from SVN repository.
Sometimes while I work on project, CPU usage is high and after some time my /tmp directory is cloggered with tens of thousands of svn_* files containing list of paths to my local files. Sometimes the number of files is so high that other applications cannot use /tmp anymore and I'm required to clean the files myself. Sometimes the behavior is Ok.

Example of such file is attached.
