Open GUI form and restart IDE (while the form is on Design tab).
After restart, the GUI form is opened in Source and there is the Properties window opened at the right-hand side. I guess this is new in 7.4, I would say forms used to be restored on the same multiview tab as when the IDE was closed. Perhaps it's not that big deal if restored on Source, but it is a problem that the Properties window is opened.
