Closing help invoked by help button - modal dialog
* Push from menu Tools | Java Platforms
* Push button Help from Java Platform Manager.
* Close Java Platform Manager
EXPECTED RESULT: Both windows (Java Platform Manager & Help) are closed.

ACTUAL: Dialog is closed, Help window is still open
