Opening help by help button - modal dialog Automated
* Push from menu Tools | Java Platforms
* Push button Help from Java Platform Manager.
EXPECTED RESULT: Help window arises and it is possible work with both windows (Help & Java Platform Manager). Java Platform Manager shrinks on the side to be whole Help Window and Java Platform Manager visible. 


ACTUAL: Java Platform Manager DOESN't shrink on the side
